    So I'm ten miles into my twenty mile ride home and the dash goes dead. I pull in on clutch and the dash comes back on. Let out dash off. So I'm thinking wtf right. I look at the voltage and its reading 16.9. Bit high huh? Is this the end of the stator or does it just need a new regulator...

    I use liquid graphite because oils seem to trap dirt and gum things up. This is just my way of thinking, not trying to impose my practices on anyone, just throwing it out there.

    What's the age of the typical Buell owner?

    47 cant remember all the bikes Ive owned. A few stand out. 1125r at the moment. Considering a KTM RC8R. Seems you can get 1190 power at a fraction of the cost Buell wants. Probably hang onto the 1125r in case they come out with a kit.
