If one blinker is faster than the other. You might have to add blinker-fluid to the slower blinker.

    Need help

Locate your regulator/stator plug connections behind the cover that's in between the pulley and cam-cover on the right side of the bike (as your sitting on it). Unplug the connections and look for arcing/melting/burning on the connectors. If so then the regulator is going out. 03's - 07's have...

    xb9r help!

03-07 XB's had an old style regulator connector plug. I would look for the upgrade kit. The kit changes the old "flat-pin" style plug to a "round-pin" style plug. This provides better continuity thru the regulator/stator. This is a great combo. A hi-flo (K&n) air filter is recommended as well...

need help dont know whats wrong

Check the plugs/plug wires. Check the voltage output of the battery? (at least 12 volts). On bikes from 03-07 check the regulator/stator connections beside the cam cover next to the belt pulley. If the connection plugs look weird the regulator/stator is having issues. Also on 03-07 models you...

crap, dead bike. Bad ECM? Again, asking for a little advice...

Check and see what your regulator connections look like? The flat pins on the plug that connect to the other plug down beside the cam cover. See if they are burnt/black/melted?

    03' XB9 stalls after filling

Sounds like regulator is going out. 03-07 XB's had a flat-pin style regulator connector. 08's and up were upgraded with a round pin style regulator connector.

Sputter egine light on and off speedo reset

Yeah. What little juice it has left its using to keep itself charged up. When batteries get old they just get weaker by the day. And then are prone too cold/hot weather to. 09's I think had a recall (might have been the 1125's) with a stator or something. The engine light comes on when...

    Headlights cut out under throttle

Also check ur battery connections. My battery connections always came loose from the vibration of the engine. And check ur headlight connections too. They rattle around under the fairing quiet a bit.

The manual was wrong that year. Along with a few other Harley manuals. Like sportster and V-rod specs.

I have no idea what this is for

That's your transmission vent hose. In front of the starter. The other hose is a vent hose too.

07' XB9R - Low oil pressure, won't stay running, grinding noise when key turned to ON

If your 07 has not had the regulator-connection upgrade, then it could be symptoms of your regulator crapping out. The 08's had the regulator-connections replaced with a round pin style, from a flat-pin style. To handle more voltage output. When my 07 regulator went out, all the same symptoms...

    I need an XB

If you find one in or around Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston or Austin areas let me know. I delivered bikes for 5 years for a dealership. I usually go with enclosed but I can accommodate with an open-transport.

Same thing happened with mine. I popped 3 main-fuses before I realized the diodes were toast. lol That was when my regulator fried at 10k miles. Accidently hooked up the new regulator wires backwards :p

Problem with new (used) 2007 XB12R. What can the dealership do?

What its doing is regurgitating out through the breather hose and spewing into the intake and out past the rear cylinder and into the fan. My 07 did the same thing. Had so much oil it shorted out the fan. Also, check the "REGULATOR" connection and see what style pins it is. If it is a flat-pin...
