    Wait for a good clean bike. And at 6'+, you should probably get an SS. The '09's and '10's look great with the factor black-out, but I love my '08. It's a more classic look. If you are set on blacked-out, wait for an '09 unless you really like working on bikes.

    I REALLY wanted a Black '09 XB12SCG w/ factor blackout. I found a black '08 XB12S w/ 1500 miles for $5,000 from a dealer. Slapped a SCG seat on it (29" inseam). The 12 definitely has low end, but does vibrate. The 9 has lower gearing and is smoother. Might be a better around town bike. I have...
