    Oh Deer!

    I remember a test done years ago on deer "whistles". Most of it was about the same result as the fuel line magnets, it didn't really work. I missed one (deer) on my Triumph Sprint back in 2006 by less than a foot at 70 mph. :o I don't ride much at night anymore.[sad] Jim

    gas drips on plastic airbox cover?

    I can vouch for the translucent cover not being compatable with gas. I spilled on mine 1 time and the cover delaminated adjacent to the filler. I'm in "negotiations" with HD about its replacement now. Jim

    To answer the original poster without offering a speculative opinion, I have not used one but a local rider has one and claims its as good as his Escort. (unknown which one) I would be interested in a group buy if it could be orginized and there is a cost savings to be had. Jim

    Really? I do over 50k miles a year just in the car. I speed almost all the time. No tickets since 2005 when I got tagged on a very deserted stretch of route 441 late at night. (lesson learned about being the only car on the road) Check what? mate what? Hit the bong again dude....... [smirk]
