Buell + Turbo= my wet dream

EricZ I, as well as a few other, would be interested in what the cost would be to build a unit. Maybe instead of building the entire unit maybe selling detailed plans on how to build our own?

    what ecm is this?

Its impossible to tell without hooking it to a computer. I would suggest putting an exhaust on and then pushing a stock race map onto the ecm (MAKE SURE THE EEPROMS MATCH). Then you will be back to factory specs.

    what ecm is this?

Its the just the race ecm. Thats a good thing because you can run just about any aftermarket exhaust and not have to worry about running dangerously lean. Put an exhaust before your ride it though, it can cause permanent damage to the valves with a straight through exhaust. Edit: Spelling

How much does your fan run?

Lean is mean to a point. Running an AFV of 16:1 won't make more hp/tq than AFV of 13:1 on a hopped up motor (aka the buell motors). If you run it too lean it will overheat the motor...therefore loosing power. I know that our bikes make tons of power around the 13.5 point but any more fuel and it...

    swingarm rear stand question

I have GPI stands for my xb9. They fit with the wider swingarm no problem. Usually you can find a factory refurb unit, which consists of a blemish in the powercoat or a scratch. Nothing that would make it unsafe to use.

    MPG?

Not a blast...but i get 50-65 on average with my xb9. High of 75 with stock bike but modified tune. Low of 40 with all the goodies (filter, pipe, etc.) and tune to match.

Race maps in excel or Tunerpro format

All you have to do is turn off the O2 sensor then it will feed whatever is in the map. You run the risk of the engine overheating...but its our bike. A narrowband sensor can only read ~14.4-15.1 IIRC (maybe even less of a spread). There are some adjustments that are calculated in the ecm for...

Race maps in excel or Tunerpro format

I would highly suggest just dropping the race maps into your bike. That will get you back up and running without having to worry about leaning out the motor.

Race maps in excel or Tunerpro format

you can turn off learning if you want. I wouldn't recommend it though. If you don't have a wideband setup then your stuck with stoich. If you set the min AFV to 100 it will just send errors when it doesn't see that...which will be often. I now that theoctopus does a lot of tuning on these bikes...

Race maps in excel or Tunerpro format

Do you have access to ecmspy? If all else fails you can download the free version...which lets you view the file without any problems. I don't have a copy of the stock eeprom for a 12 or I could do a screen capture and show you what it says. What mods have you done with your bike?

Race maps in excel or Tunerpro format

Are you looking for an 08 xb12 map? You could always download tunerpro for free...then open a race map to compare. I don't have an xb12 or I would help.

    ASB air box delete mod???

I've had mine for a few years now without a problem. Ridden in some really bad downpours (not on purpose) without any known problems. I've never seen any water inside the airbox after a ride so that should be a good sign that its not getting to the filter.

she cranks but wont turn over.

    TPS reset?

    ASB air box delete mod???

Yes I have. Some people say it doesn't matter...some say it does. I just like the idea that i'm not putting gunk back in my airbox just to have to clean later. Its really easy especially since u have to have the lower airbox off to do the mod...perfect time for a airbox mod. I just ran mine...
