    25521-02 = 25543-02? - 2003 XB9R Primary Cover

Ladies and Gentlemen: In my search for a primary cover for my 2003 XB9R, I've come across some interesting info... On eBay, I've seen a reputable H-D dealer post an ad for 25521-02, which is the part number for the primary cover for my XB9R. However, in the pics, 25543-02 is clearly stamped...

WTB 2003 XB9R Parts - Primary and Shift Pedal

Thanks, guys! I should mention that I'm in Canada, so the shipping is likely to be more expensive. As well, I'm also looking for the upper fairing support as well. Thanks!

WTB 2003 XB9R Parts - Primary and Shift Pedal

After some... lovely individual thought it was a good idea to stop dead in front of me in the passing lane of a major highway hereabouts, I find myself in need of some parts for my XB9R. And I just got it working well that day... - Primary Cover - Primary Cover Gasket Kit - Shift Pedal...

    Possible Trouble Spots Post-Accident

I do have frame pucks on it - wouldn't be without them. I'll have a look at the classifieds once I have a look at the bike and draw up a parts list. I'm looking at it as an opportunity to fix things that the previous owner did that I don't like... like cheap aftermarket LED turn signals. Thanks!

    Possible Trouble Spots Post-Accident

I lowsided my 2003 XB9R after someone decided that stopping dead in front of me on a major highway in the passing lane was a good idea. I'm OK,a little banged up, but so is the Firebolt (literally the day I got it working properly with extra cooling to the rear cylinder using a Ulysses air...

    2003 XB9R - Stumbles When Warm

A quick update: The exhaust is now sealed and repacked. With the race ECU code loaded, it runs a lot better. When it's cold, it runs the way I remember Buells running. However, when it's warm, it's still doing the stumbling thing occasionally, and it doesn't seem to be tied to any particular...

    2003 XB9R - Stumbles When Warm

Aaaaand... the pipe from the headers to the can is cracked and has a dime-sized hole in it. The more I dig into this bike, the more I see that I'm fixing the previous owner's hack jobs/mistakes... But it's about what I expected for a $2,000 bike.

    2003 XB9R - Stumbles When Warm

Thanks for the ideas! I remapped the ECU using ECMspy and the cable. I figured out how to load the race maps. The bike seems to run a lot smoother now, but there's still some hesitation when it gets warm (when the fan's on). The hesitation seems to be when running at a steady state (not on...

    2003 XB9R Won't Start

Got it fixed - turned out to be a bunch of things. Bad connections at the relay box for one and three broken wires behind the headlight. Now it starts fine. :) Thanks for the help!

    2003 XB9R - Stumbles When Warm

Just bought a 2003 XB9R. I've always wanted a Buell, and the price on this one was too good to pass up. However, the previous owner did some... interesting things. Like putting a Jardine RT1 on and removing the baffle and packing. Fixed that one myself, but it's still loud. I've got a QMI on...

    2003 XB9R Won't Start

Ladies and Gentlemen: I just bought a 2003 XB9R (after wanting a Buell for years). It has some issues, but one has me stumped. It frequently fails to start. I turn the key and the lights come on, gauge needles sweep, fuel pump primes. I hit the start button, and I just get a click from the...
