    So I dropped a socket after I finished up with it and get it and I can no longer locate it. I dont care if it falls out while riding as long as nothing is damaged since I can just replace it.

    Finally found one for a good deal, 08 XB12STT with 4735 on the clock. I will be blacking out all the orange parts very soon. It also has a custom exhaust I'm not sure what it is but I wish it was louder so I may either trade someone or gut it.

    I did message the seller and he says he doesnt want to get rid of it but needs the space to make room for a truck. I offered 3k which was denied, he seemed more interested when I said I may be able to go up to 3400 but I'd really have to think about it.

    I found an 09 with 34k and I'm skeptical about the mileage that's why I haven't pulled the trigger. He wants 4k for it which is steep for that many miles especially when I cam get an 08 with 9k for 32 i just really like the all black so I'm torn.

    What would be the process of buying a bike out of state that you can't go see? How do you trust the seller and how does he trust you or how do you get him to trust you? Curious because I'm thinking of going this route.

    Is this a good deal? A 2007 XB12S Salvage title, swing arm was "It has a salvage title due to the swing arm cracking which on these bikes is the oil tank so the insurance deemed it a cracked block" looks like the bike also has a dent in the frame, minor scratches on the swingarm, scuffed wheels...
