    Cc83. Jardine tune works great for me, IDS does not send the files. I sent my ecm to them to be flashed. I do have a buell tooth dongle and ecmdroid. AFV wanders around a bit but always in the 95-105 range. The other guys tune idled bad, fouled plugs and constantly threw lean O2 codes...

    Great pipe, sounds good. I fought the tune and baro sensor for a summer. Took it off and got the IDS jardine tune from Tim. Bike runs great.

    Injectors

    An easy way to deal with the airhorn clamp. Slip a pair of small nutdrivers or very small sockets with an extension over the ears and squeeze them together. I could never get the ziptie trick to work, or any set of pliers, visegrips or channel locks to hold without slipping.

    Nose of the bolt was a good 1/4” away from shouldering out. I made sure the insert was tight. I ended up hand filing the isolator bushing down until the bolt torqued up without binding the isolator. Runs and feels good, when the isolator was in a bind it was not happy at all.

    I installed one of these <https://www.ebay.com/itm/200609174686> tri-color LED voltmeter. I was not brave enough to crack open the instrument cluster so it is mounted left side just under the seat gap.

    More issues uncovered, XB9S Front Fender Bolt stripped...

    Left hand drill bits are also an option. If you buy a set, keep them in a pouch no where near the rest of the bits or they will sneak in and burn up.
