    Rear sprocket finally came in (took forever). I guess next is chain and idler sprocket. Any thoughts on chain and idler sprocket?

    Currently looking at an M2 header, looks like it gives a bit more room on the front face of the motor to mount an oil cooler. @Mike, no, not going to have a fan. With the motor out of the box fame, shouldn't need one.

    Hello all. Here's where I'm at with my build. I would like to remove the oil cooler. Now that the engine is not in cased in the original box frame, I would expect that it is getting enough air to run without an oil cooler. Any thoughts? ?

    I'm still working on this. Got an interesting tensioner from ebay (FREE SPIRITS BUELL XB BELT TENSIONER IN SILVER - 207550S) and a front sprocket (277-21T) from amazon. I'm looking at supersproxusa for having a custom rear (steel / aluminum) sprocket made.

    Hahaha, too funny. Let me clarify, I will not be using the Buell frame on this build. Planing on getting the replacement frame from Bottpower. That would be interesting, to use a sportster throttle body, maybe a sportster ECM?
