Selling Drummer Muffler for XB9S, like new

Hey, thanks Mike. Yes, it really is a nice product and I sure wish I could have found one "complete" vs going through the process of finding a good donor-muffler...shipping to & from...and the wait. Kevin's awesome so it was a great process working with him, don't get me wrong! I'm just more of...

Selling Drummer Muffler for XB9S, like new

Yes, you are correct. I'm just covering what I have into it (donar muffler, shipping, KD Fab fees), less 1/2 of my shipment fees. Those mufflers aren't cheap to ship...but definitely better once it's becomes a lighter, shorter, Drummer!

    WTB Buell Race Exhuast

I just listed my Drummer. Really nice exhaust but I decided to return my XB9S to OEM/original. I have very sensitive hearing to this was a bit too loud for me when wearing a helmet. It's sounds lovely, though! https://www.ebay.com/itm/194201792652

    Wanted: '03 XB9S Left Air-Scoop & Oil-Cooler Cover

You'll never guess which side I low-sided on!?!?! lol Looking for good condition OEM air-scoop & oil-cooler cover, no damage otherwise I'd just repair my own parts. I'd consider Carbon Fiber if price is right. Willing to barter, as well. I have a stock exhaust & Buelltooth Quick Shift module...

Left-side Low-side :( ...looking for Lt Footpeg, Shift Lever, & Frame Pucks

Hey guys, check it out...here's my next version. I've extended it so it wraps the knee radius as well as added the cool highlight detail on the face. Running a print now to check fitment to the Left/damaged side of my bike. Getting closer!

Left-side Low-side :( ...looking for Lt Footpeg, Shift Lever, & Frame Pucks

XB12MN, I ordered a footpeg a few days before you posted this but thank you for the message. That's kinda how my luck works ;) I haven't tried the pineapple trick but have kept up w/ the triple antibiotic neosporin, seems to be healing well. It's awfully disgusting looking at the moment! (I...

Left-side Low-side :( ...looking for Lt Footpeg, Shift Lever, & Frame Pucks

Hey Cooter, I'm starting from scratch by scanning my frame and modeling new puck geometry. I'm going to turn that "knee" radius a bit on my next version as 34nineteen suggested. I don't want to run it all the way up to the weld at this time, just going to keep it simple for now...though...

Left-side Low-side :( ...looking for Lt Footpeg, Shift Lever, & Frame Pucks

Hey 34nineteen, ya, I'm glad you mentioned that about the back radius (in front of the knee)...I kept looking at pictures and some appear to go over and others appear to stop short of that radius. I think I'll do that for the next run. As for that front weld, I like that idea, too, though...

Left-side Low-side :( ...looking for Lt Footpeg, Shift Lever, & Frame Pucks

I just finished printing my preliminary Frame Puck to verify fitment to the frame (starting w/ the good side first!) Fits well though I have a few immediate changes and plan to add the detail on the face to make it look more OEM. Not bad for a first run!

Left-side Low-side :( ...looking for Lt Footpeg, Shift Lever, & Frame Pucks

Hey Cooter, sorry, I must have hit my head when I low-sided! lol...I re-read your message, I see you "don't" have the OEM parts now that I read it properly. Thank you for looking! I'll try to snap-up Kdawg's pegs and keep on looking for the rest. Thanks again!

Left-side Low-side :( ...looking for Lt Footpeg, Shift Lever, & Frame Pucks

Hi Kdawg, thanks for the response. I think Cooter's got me all hooked-up, but I will definitely pull the trigger on those if not. I can use my old spring so those would work. Also, thanks for the advice on the Peroxide, GOOD TO KNOW! I usually go crazy w/ that stuff.

Left-side Low-side :( ...looking for Lt Footpeg, Shift Lever, & Frame Pucks

I noticed that, $200 for XB short-frame pucks! A bit pricey...was thinking I'd model my own and 3D print them in PVA and/or Caron Fiber. Only problem, time!

Left-side Low-side :( ...looking for Lt Footpeg, Shift Lever, & Frame Pucks

Ya, I'm thinking NJ has a bad sense of humor! lol...peroxide is bad enough!!! Cooter, that's great news! Let me know how I can get those off your hands, Venmo or whatever you need. That's good news on the frame, I'll get a set of pucks ordered-up...what a relief!

Hi everyone! A good friend of mine just purchased an '06 Uly with 29,000. Low Fuel Light always on. Any ideas what this could be?...he's planning to pull the fuel-pump but I told him I'd ask the forum for some good advice. Thanks!

Left-side Low-side :( ...looking for Lt Footpeg, Shift Lever, & Frame Pucks

Quick question, folks. Do you think this Frame is ok "as is"? I was planning to purchase the frame pucks and place over this small dent/scuff. Since then, I've wondered if there may be any internal damage to the sealant. Anyone have experience in this field? Thanks~

Left-side Low-side :( ...looking for Lt Footpeg, Shift Lever, & Frame Pucks

Hey Cooter, thanks for all the information! I like your take on making good out of the bad :) This is the first time I've ever low-sided a Buell and was really surprised by the minimal damage...no damage to grips, clutch lever, mirror, front fork...just the three items. I'm thinking I'd like to...

Left-side Low-side :( ...looking for Lt Footpeg, Shift Lever, & Frame Pucks

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a Left-Side Footpeg and Shift Lever. I'd be happy w/ used but new, if not available. Also think it's a good time for Frame Pucks. Luckily my damage was minimal. I grabbed a handful of front brake in a panic and low-sided, luckily my bike seems to have minimal...

Clutch Cable Lubrication without removing from Primary???

Thanks for the info, Barrett! I had performed a clutch adjustment about a month ago and it was in good shape so hopefully a good 'ol fashion lube, as you've described, will do the trick. If I discover anything I'll hit you up for the replacement!
