LoL, how have you been man? Honestly for a couple years I just didn't look at forums or Facebook at all. Then recommended groups started showing up on FB and it was just easier.

    Reintroducing Myself

Hello everyone, I've been away from the forum for quite some time, mostly due to Facebook groups being so easily accessible and more active, but I'm done with FB and jonesing for some good Buell discussions. Since I've last posted here I've done a good bit to my 09 Firebolt but I can't remember...

    Polishing headers - factory coated?

:sorrow: I removed them from the bike. Wet sanded from 220 to 1500(I think). Then polished them on a bench buffer with green and grey polish sticks. Then finished them by hand with Mother's Mag Polish. You can do it with them still mounted on the bike using buffing wheels on a drill, and a...

    Washington Capitals

I can't stand the Capitals, though I've been to more Capitals games than any other team due to the fact that they are the second closest team to me. Philly is closer but I hate them more. I was rooting for Vegas, hoping Fluery could get a 3rd straight Cup, but the Caps played great, so congrats...

    Cleaning Headers

They don't rust but it will tarnish a bit. It really depends on upkeep and what kind of moisture and dirt that come in contact with. If I hit them once every few rides with the mothers for a couple minutes they stay looking pretty good. Nah. I'd be happy to set you up for a fee though.

    Cleaning Headers

I wet sanded progressively starting with 220 and ending with 1500. Then used grey and green rubbing compounds on a bench buffer. Then finished by hand with Mother's Mag Polish.

Drummer SS and BlueThooth delivering Monday - questions

I have a BUE2D map for an original Drummer that I adjusted the warm-up idle speeds on that you can try if you want. I'm not sure how different the original is from the SS. You'll want to set up ECMDROID and confirm your ECM version though. The whole process is super easy but I'd be more than...
