    Just ran this extra ground today. It fixed my cold start idle problem. It would stall unless you keep on the throttle for atleast 5 mins. Now starts up and idles at a good 1050 RPM. It fixed what the harley dealership couldn't and they had the bike for 2 weeks. . . never again.

    Thanks guys, your advice helped a lot. I was running the extra ground because I saw the thread about low RPM sputter and running the extra ground fixing it. I had a cold idle problem in which the bike would stall unless you keep the throttle up for at least 5 mins. The new ground did the trick...

    I got the Bike back and now, it starts and turns right back off, gotta feather the throttle the throttle for about 5 mins and then she idles enough not to stall, If I feather for 10 mins or start riding it (getting it warm) It runs perfect. If I turn it off for 5 mins I gotta start all over...

    Rough idle every time I start it

    So after they replaced both seals, if you start it cold it will have a rough idle (wont stall) for about 10 mins then be fine. So it kinda acts like a carbureted bike. The tech called buell and is gonna ask them if putting a stock ecm would fix it. I dont know. . .. any new ideas? Thanks guys

    The stealership replaced both intake seals and said its better but they still are comfortable with it. Any other ideas of what it could be? Ive heard, 1. Bad TPS, wouldn't they be able to see that doing TPS resets to it? 2. Bad Engine temp sensor ? 3. Bad Race ECM ?

    I am new to Buells. I cleaned the throttle body yesterday with a tooth brush and some O2 safe carb cleaner, it wasn't all the dirty but, It did run a little better, it doesnt stall out anymore but still idles between 1100 and 500 rpm. Im taking it into the dealership tomorrow for a TPS rest...

    I tried to look for this but couldn't find anything on it. I have a 07 XB12Scg with race ecm. Every time i start it is idles rough bouncing between 1100 and 500 rpm and sometimes stalls. Heres the weird part. If I ride it 100 feet to the stop sign and stop it idles fine and doesn't mess up...

    Yea about the exhaust, the PO was trying to copy the Drummer exhaust and took a stock one and gutted it, shorted it, put baffles back into it and changed the end cap . . . so I was thinking I should get a new one.

    Thanks guys. I will def get some pucks, probably gonna take some pic of myself on the bike so you can see if there is a resemblance haha, and I actually live in Virginia Beach atm but i do ride to richmond sometimes, but I'm also moving to NYC next month so. . .
