    The 08 engine is just an engine, no ECM or harness. Just wanting to know if I can use the 08 engine in the 07 bike using the 07 harness and ECM and switching any needed parts from the 07 engine to make it work?

    Yes. Mine ran lean and hot without it and was not happy below 3000rpm. Much better with the race ECM. Almost a mandatory modification, it would run so hot the fuel would boil in the frame/tank on warmer days. Seems quicker too. I kept the stock pipe because I liked it quieter.

    I got my ECM Friday as promised.[up] Once we got the issue figured out they sent it next day delivery! I installed it along with a K&N filter and took it for a ride. Bike seems smoother and gets up over 110 quicker. So far mods are ECM, Saddlemen seat (big difference!), Will install my hi rise...

    I called and spoke with Adam there. He found a problem with the order and cancelled my transaction and refunded money to my Paypal account. Told me to order again and he will send it next day delivery. I did, hope it works out. [up]
