I think I found the problem to the idle. The rear 2 intake valves have black crud all over them. I think they may be damaged or bent a bit also.

Ya, I think it might just be the handle bar that is bent. What range of rpms do your bikes idle at after a cold start? Maybe I'm just paranoid.
