    I got my bluetooth from Xoptiinside. Never had any issues with it and I would leave it plugged in all the time. Understanding EcmDroid is a pain though.

    If anyone reads this looking for help, I had very similar issues with an 09 XB12Ss. The problem turned out to be corrosion on the grounds. I took a wire brush on a dremmel and polished the two grounds under the seal and the engine ground strap (didn't touch anything up front). Its a super easy...

    Just replaced the gasket with permatex. Ill let it cure a couple days, then put the bike on its side stand and see if anything leaks out.

    i use s100 to clean everything. the spray wax is easy to use and looks good too. If you have grease and oil thats tough to get off try super clean.

    After letting it rest on the side stand for a night it did leak oil past the cover. I think I will first try to use some permatex under the gasket around the insert and go from there.
