    oh DEER! thankfully not down

    finally did it.. clenched up the seat but took it head on. late night maybe 35-40 degrees out here in colorado.. come up over the crest of a hill and a deer is right in the middle. takes one jump and lands right in my way.. probably still going 30 or so when i rolled her off into the ditch...

    its stock ecm map. tried the race map in it for a while but went back to stock. still have all the saved maps. another day of riding and only the random drops. gonna try some logging and gonna record a video of the drop out as well to try and determine the issue.

    Cleared the code, put about 80 miles on it before the cel flashed with a stumble but no code was stored.. Damn these electrical gremlins! Anyone know of or possibly have a stock ecm (or race ecm) for a 2006 lightning long?? It's looking like ill be in the market for one soon.

    keep in mind that those may not bolt up exactly alike. i think there is a slight spacing problem for bolting them up. do some research on here first to see if the swap is something you can do . a few different threads on this site about tail swaps and nose swaps.
