    Thinking of selling my 2009 XB12SS (Black) - $3,500

    I had a lady back into and knock over my lightning..... Bars, mirror, front fairing and kickstand......and little minor ****....came out to $2700. Glad it was parked and I was inside cause I had no insurance on it, just took it for a rip down to the grocery store. Repairs add up quick

    What year/model is the best or most desirable?

    Thanks for all the great info and opinions fellas. 200 miles round trip is about the furthest I go at a clip. Not because I'm old and beat up (yet) but I have 8 kids ranging from 21 down to 5 months and I just don't have the time to get out and burn up the miles like I used to.

    Anyone else get a ride in on Christmas day?

    Hell yeah. Firebolt wouldn't start----been sitting a while and needs plugs and a tune up, but the Lightning fired right up and didn't miss a beat doing the usual hooligan ****. Jumping curbs and sliding the corners. Most fun bike I've ever owned (and Pa. Is kinda cold now as well)

    Excellent!!! I think that is my favorite bike of all time.... And definitely my favorite Buell! Glad she went to a good loving home. Hopefully we get periodic updates. Really itching to turbo my firebolt
