    plastic buffing?

    on my old dirtbikes, i would sand with progressively finer grits of sandpaper and then use 'MopNGlo' floor polish to shine up the plastics. Makes them nice and shiny and prevents stuff (mud) from sticking in the future.

    Easy mirror hole plug cover.

    These 'plugs' can also be had at any hardware store or automotive store as they are used to hold our plastic cars together, these days. I bought a handful to fix the wifes car after an oil change when the front plastic 'air-dam' was hanging down. I got creative and stuck one in the Buell, also...

    Clunking front end

    I have the book by Kip Woodring, '101 HD Evo Performance Projects' and one of the first sections is fixing a 'clunking' fork. Simple solution, if I recall, was to change the fluid and add 1 extra ounce of fork oil to improve performance and eliminate the clunk. Might be worth a shot before an...
