    Yes the lights stay on when activated and the flasher buzzes. I’ve ord red a new flasher as the turn signals are LEDs and hopefully that will solve the issue

    The turn signals were working and flashing just fine until I reconnected the headlight. Then they stopped flashing, so........I’m not sure it’s the flasher/modulator. I’m giving up for tonight and going to start fresh in the morning.

I ask the same question here and decided to follow the advise from the replys and disconnected the battery, makes it easier for installation.
