    Agreed^^^ Took one for a test ride at a dealer last tuesday and man is it a grinner...:) SOOO much faster pickup than my bolt, but doesn't sound as nasty as mine, and it had the jardine can on it, as does mine. Amazing bike tho, will probably upgrade in a year or so, or if buell comes out...

    Yeah lest time i calced it i had 51 mpg HW speeds around 80-85 mostly. Seems low.

    Had to cut some of the inner airbox...basically just 2 3/4" diameter holes and then there are screw holes in the speaker housing to hold them to the inner airbox. Added sealer for protection (liquid nails)

    Im using a jardine. can still hear them at lower speeds around 30 or so, but above that and then theres too much air noise and exhaust noise. but rolling thru town it can be hear!!!

    I finished it. Ill take pics later because it was hard to get the cover fully on and I wanna ride NOW, but it turned out awesome. Didint even have to cut vents to be able to hear it, but probly will in the future. This ROCKS:D

    Thanks for the input. Inside the airbox would def be sick, hide them, and let them be heard still. lot of work tho, but probably worth it. How close is the inner cover to the outer cover?...if I mount on the inner cover this might be an issue. Also, i forgot to mention they have a casing...
