Hey guys, long time reader, few time poster here. Loved the forum for years. Has anyone had the switch go...

I was washing my bike yesterday and noticed that I could spin the pully tenioner when i was getting dust out of the holes. It wasn't free wheeling or anything, but when I tried to whip out the dust, the pully would spin. I know its never been like this before, is this too loose? And a good way...

farthest you have ridden in one day?

I've done 850 in two days on my xb12r with a stock seat. As long as I was on the curves it was fine but the last three hours weren't and was hell. I definately agree with kajer and fitting your bike, I'm just under 5'7" and fit the firebolt great. Stretching is huge too, before and after.

I got in an accident two years ago that progessive helped me out on, if it wasn't for the idiot agent I was working with I would've stayed without looking. But allied hooked me up after the accident with near 200 cheaper than I had before the accident. I'm 24 now riding an 07 xb12r in iowa with...

When it comes to bikes its all nitto, gator, typeone, ericz havesome really sleek bikes that would get my vote. But if you add in a photography twist to it I know we all love...

    SICK OF H.D. TREATMENT!!

There are very few Buell friendly dealers out there, when you find one keep in touch with them. I once broke down on a long ride on a "no appointments" saturday, put my bike in line, and watched as three HD's scooted right by mine.

    Long Trips???

done some 600 to 700 mile day trips and would suggest this: comfortable jacket and wore in gloves, The tailbag and saddlebags are nice but too much starts to take away from the ride with so much weight high and rear. A throttle lock is handy with the straiter runs, but as regular guy said...

    ATGATT

ICON gear saved my life two years ago on the I-10 in California. The temp was over 103 F that day and I still wore my jacket, helmet, gloves, and boots to work. At 70 something the truck in front of me had a toolbox bounce out and hit my front wheel. Here is a pic of the front wheel on impact...
