    Dogwood- Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Internet access has been sketchy. I can definitely mask your light assembly to tint it. Here are pics of how mine looked off and then lit up in daylight.

    Octo- LOVING it! Punched the rear baffle on both stock pipes and it sounds like a 1960's cafe bike. Handles amazingly well and has a VERY comfortable seat.

    Gutting the interior of my Chevelle. Mmmm....mildew and mold. I hate the rain with body rot.

    I'd go with a small block-based engine just for the weight savings. You can get a SB to put out over 500 ft/lb and haul ass. Build for torque and hp will follow. My crate 350 dynoed at 380hp/420tq but my rear end is a 2:73 factory Malibu 10-bolt and REALLY needs gears.
