    It is only fair to note that the XB9Sx has a clear WI title. The XB12Ss has a certificate of ownership (Insurance totaled it for some reason) and will need to be inspected by the State Patrol Inspection Division if repaired and you wish to title in WI.

    If not a loose ground wire, or blown fuse, then check the key switch and ignition switch for broken loose wires.

    Running on one Cylinder need help

    Had this problem with my new to me 09 12Ss. Easy way to tell which cylinder is f'd is to use an infrared thermometer to measure temp of the exhaust at cylinder head. Within seconds I knew the front cylinder was not firing, i.e. front exh temp 48 degF and rear exh temp 400 degF. No guessing...

    problem with buell lightning xb12stt

    I had similiar problems with my 9SX which all started with a bad plug wire connection i.e. corrosion inside plug end connector. Which lead me to find that same wire was shorting on the side of the frame due to a rub. Bummer. Took a lot of ride time away before I located it.:(
