    Any machinists here? (Newb w/ a ?)

    Probably have to find the Radius of the cover 1st (curvature of the outside) using a CMM. Turn for the correct radius on a lathe, then machine the shape and bolt holes and put in the custom touches you want on a Machining Center. Would be time consuming and probably fairly pricey. Or just...

    Plastic rejuvination

    I had to use the Turtle Wax polishing compound on the wife's white XB9 and it did a great job! It didn't completely get rid of the deep scratches, but it did pull the dirt out of them making it less noticable.

    The wife's XB9 has 32,000 on it and it's still going strong!
