    stick with harley batteries. I learned the hard way. went through 3 brands just to figure out the damn factory battery was the best option. I know they are expensive but it still runs strong 3 yrs later.

    Great.... Just keep up with your maintenance and keep riding. replace things as needed. I never do unnecessary repairs if it doesn't break or isn't do for service.

    I did have to chop my pin for the neck lift. about an 1/4 of an inch. it was kinda binding when taking the stand out from the front. but a quick cut off wheel job and all is perfect.

    I run the t-rex stands front and rear. the t-rex front stand gives you two options for the front. 1st is lifting by the bottom forks and the other lifts from the neck of the frame. great stands for the price.

    I would look into the fuel pump next. Since adding a fuel additive fixes it temporarily. I would steer there if it were my bike.

    there is no wool inside of the buell race pipe. It's just baffles and tubes. The buell race pipes are not very loud at all. When I had mine it was very quite. Just a tad bit louder than stock. Wondering if you changed helmets since? I have several and each one makes the exhaust note sound...

    I have seen crystals form in the tank and clog the fuel pump. The fuel pump would starve as the fuel level would get between half full and empty. Took the fuel pump out, cleaned the tank out as much as we could and let it dry out then reinstalled the fuel pump with fresh gas and bam problem...

    the airbox sound. Seems like your interactive exhuast valve for the exhaust is having some issues. it's supposed to open as your throttle position opens to allow more flow. then close while not at wot. Have you tried a tps reset?

    CCA's are not enough for the buell. You need at least 300. That's what the OEM HD Battery cranks.
