    ...& not the kind I put my bike on. I've been using a Ventura Rack with a GIVA Top Case for my long trips. Wanted something that I could use to travel further - have a cross country trip this summer, Washington state to Virginia and back. Then a run to Reno for a Submarine Veterans...

    For Sale: Ventura Rack System (L-Bracket & Top-Box Rack). This was on my 2009 XB9SX, but it looks like it will fit most Buells. You can go to the Ventura website to verify fitment. $200/OBO (Shipped/lower 48).

    Check your plug wire(s). I had one that was shorting out, especially when I rode in the rain. Maybe a weak ground?

    FS: Givi Top Case & Ventura Rack System.

    It works very well, able to hold a weeks worth of items for a road trip. The case is lockable and waterproof (rode in a few hours of rain) and can be easily removed when needed. What is nice is that you could add the sport rack when you are not using the case.
