    Bumping an old thread. Its relevant though. I purchased a Ulysses upper front fender. Fitment isn't wonderful. I'm making it work though... Couldn't find an OEM fender anywhere and for the price, it wasn't awful.

    Ceramic coated headers - extra hot?

    Check your static timing? Too much timing retard can cause combustion in the header. I've seen a mild small block chevy glow ceramic coated headers at idle. Timing was set at TDC as opposed to 10-14 degrees advanced, like it should have been.

    Up for sale is my Buell tail bag. Designed for the thunderbolt but I've been using it on my lightning for 2 years. Works great and has a larger capacity than the lightning bag. Has normal fading and wear but is not broken/torn/ or ripped in any way. Asking $100 shipped.

    Blast saddlebags on a lightning

    Found some blast bags at a great price... Has anyone tried to fit them onto an xb12 lightning? I ask because im currently using a firebolt tail bag on my lightning. With a little "adjustment" it works quite well. I'm wondering If i can make the blast bags work as well...

    airbox delete noise

    I made a thread a while back with some attempts at quieting that noise. It helped a little but, I eventually threw the stock box back on. I dont like anything competing with the glorious sound of my race pipe :)
