01 blast please help soon#!!!

[mad] Harley told me auto enrichner, it ran but real rough, would ride good at high rpms but would want to die at low rpms. Would not idle what so ever... Bought the enrichner, installed it and now it won't start at all. Not even a pop here and there. What do I do, what do I fix? Please help soon, john.

Check plug it might be fouled then check to make sure there is gas getting to the bowl of the carb . Start there first.
