03 XB9S full exhaust and frame covers

I've bought a 2003 XB9S the po dropped ez on the right side. The header, and frame are "flattened"/ rashed ... I would like to replace the entire exhaust system with a lighter, QUIET exhaust... that may still offer some additional performance... what are my options ? Also, the frame portion that sticks out, is dinged good... who makes a "cover"/ protector for this ? Or , should I start molding plastic with a heat gun ... ? Thanx
