05 XB12R Stability Problem

Hey everyone,
Looking to see if anyone might have an idea of some causes for my problem with my XB12R. Last fall I was taking my bike back to my parents to store it for the winter. On the way, I got scared to death when the front end seemed to be unstable. It seemed that with the slightest twitch of the handlebars or any cross wind on the highway and I was fighting to keep the bike up right. The thing would just start wobbling like crazy and felt completely unstable. I took it slow the rest of the way, and havent been able to take it in to get looked at yet.

Just curious if anyone has had similar problems or any clue as to what may cause this?

This could be caused by one of many things.

1-Check tire pressure (Front and back)
2-Wheel bearings (Front and back)
3-Check your fork seals for leaks

4-Check triple tree/fork clamps and stem bearings.

Being an '05, may want to check your Front isolator to see if it needs replaced:

Awesome I will check it out. Thanks for the replies, and I will post on this again when I am able to get it fixed. Might be a couple months due to my financial situation haha.
