Hello Gents, I picked up an XB9 a couple months ago and got home from work one day to my parking spot and it was all of a sudden running like a bag of smashed rats. It won't idle and I can't rev it into the higher rpm's. I can just keep it running in the middle somewhere by massaging the throttle on and off. It fouled the plugs that I changed out, assuming I had a bad batch of gas but after replacing the gas and a little Seafoam and a little Heet it hasn't gotten better so I connected the number one and two posts on the ECM plug and she is flashing "15". So where to now? Do I replace the sensor in the airbox? It is plugged in. Where does the 15 bring me as far as troubleshooting I guess I am trying to ask. Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions I can get from the forum 
Edit: It had no problem idling before BUT it was a little weird around idle like when I would take off from a traffic light. It was best to rev it a couple times before letting out the clutch or it would stumble a bit like it wanted to just stall instead of raising the rpm under load. I figured it was just the bikes personality being 18 years old.
