08 1125R anniversary edition for sale

My brother in PA has an 08 1125 R (black with blue frame and wheels) anniversary edition he's looking to get rid of. Its in mint condition having a little over 500 miles on it and garage kept. He never rides it. the only mod is the Jardine pipe in carbon fiber. He hasnt told me what $ he wants but he is looking to find a mint condition XB12. I told him to go back to the xb would be kinda silly after having the 1125 but he gets a new bike every few months it seems then gets tired of them. Any one interested in trading or buying in the area let me know.

I could buy a 2009 locally for $7995, so price is going to be his biggest issue.

Ill ask him what he wants for it, I think he should keep it personaly. Plus going from that R back to a xb is like downgrading in my opinion.

I guess it depends on how you look at it. Dollars and cents wise, I agree. Some people like the street friendliness of the XB over the 1125. The 1125 is obviously a superior machine when it comes to power, but that might be more than what some folks bargained for. Just a thought.
