09 Oil Cover Fitment

Does anyone know if the Oil Cover (right side of engine) from the 09 XB12 will work on my 2005 XB12?

I know that '07+ bikes, I believe, got an upgraded oil pump system as well as the cover. You can see the visual difference between the 2 below. I'm leaning towards a No. (Edit: The '05 being the Blue one and the '08 the Red)

Thanks for the pics and the feedback. Since I don't have too many Buellers out here on Guam, I can't get a close-up view to see if it would be too much work to retrofit the 07+ oil pump system to the 05.

Since the '07+ bikes had an upgraded oil System, including new oil pump gear, I'm thinking it might Not be do-able. Someone correct me if I'm wrong since I'd like to know myself.
