09 XB12SS w/Hawk and engine light

I have a 09 XB12SS with a Hawk pipe and stock air.. Put the Hawk on 3.5 years ago and have been riding since without changing anything related to the ECM. Just recently my engine light came on which Harley said was because of the lack of valve on the exhaust, they reset it, but then it came back on leaving the dealer.

What options do you all suggest?

Can I toggle the exhaust sensor on and off with ECMSPY?

Should I call Randy and see if he can do the tweak on my stock ECM?

Or do I bite the $305 bullet and go EBR ECM?

Randy doesn't modify the 08+ ecms anymore. You would need the ebr one, or go with a custom tune. I plan on bringing mine to the local dyno guy for him to handle the task for 200

I don't think I have many options up here in Montreal.. So looking more and more like EBR ECM.

I just really don't like driving around with an engine light on.. Worried I'll miss a real problem!

Tuner pro and a cable or ecmdroid and a bluetooth adapter and and shut it off

I'm all Apple.. So buying the Android or laptop may be more expensive..
