1125 stock shock length

What is the measurement from eyelet to eyelet on a factory 1125 shock.. im looking to make a solid brace in its place to run on the drag strip.. i just wanna make it a little shorter to lower it

I dunno. Maybe make a turnbuckle instead? That way you could experiment using different heights and find what is best.

If it's for a drag I would almost say to make it longer so that it helps you put more weight on the front initially. But if you get the drag bars you won't have to worry about that.
