For the guys that have had the valves adjusted or done them them self.. have you had to adjust them. I talked to the dealership and the Buell guy told me that he has personally done 3 1125s and had to do no adjustments.. one was on schedule the other was a track bike with unknown mileage and the other had 15k on it... I've got 8k on the clock now. Just unsure if I need to do this asap or not. Since I got the keda a few weeks ago I feel as if I wait a little longer to shift just because it sounds so good.. I have recently started hearing the valves more.. I was told by the Buell tech that its ok to hear them.. its when the get quiet is when you need to worry.. please chime in if you have experience this.. I'm also due for an oil change which will happen today. Maybe that will help..

Wait for winter, pull the frame off and do it then. If they're a little loose and making some noise, it should be ok. Like the tech said, quiet means they're getting tight, that's when you'd run the risk of burning the valves, although I've never seen it on an 1125.
