1650cc XB?

Can the jugs on an XB12 be bored to 4"? I know this would require boring the cases to accept the bigger pistons and coupled with a four inch stroke...
Anyone got info on the feasability?

I don't think it would work. You would need bigger jugs and they would end up not fitting in the frame.

I said Jugs.

That's what I thought, but what the hey. My real reason is for my 823cc thumper idea on the thread concerning the Blast intake manifold. But a 1650 Firebolt would be pretty radical, no?

Oh most definitely. I guess if you're just going radical look and performance and could care less about fuel capacity you could by a used frame and cut the inside walls of the frame back 1-2" and make room that way without changing the look of the bike drastically. That would be one hell of a sleeper.
