Took off Friday morning from Houston and headed to the hill country on my Firebolt for some relaxation.
Two things made it possible, gel seat pad and 1" drop pegs. Going was fine but coming back Saturday after riding all day for two days was a tad bit painful. Also got one of the ebay tail bags and it was just enough room for a days worth of clothing.
Definately need to get the raised bars before my next trip. I also ordered the sport touring windshield but it didn't get here in time. the
Anyways the Texas hill country has some of the best roads in Tx and amazing scenery. I snapped a few pics but was having too much fun most of the time to stop.
