Hey guys

I made a trip to the dealer today to get a new shock absorber, as mine is making awful noises and leaking.

Anyways, they informed me that the part is obsolete, and isn't carried anymore. Didnt have any luck online finding a match.

Does anyone know of any substitutes? Could I use a later model shock or an xb shock such as the one shown below?

Thanks for any input guys. I'm out of ideas :/

nope, cant use an XB shock. An XB shock is a standard style push/compression shock where as a X1/Tuber shock is a pull shock.

I have a brand new in the box M2L shock im selling. Its the 14.5" shock but its for the M2 "Low" model. It will fit your bike but the rear will sit just a tad lower. I bought it for my X1 to replace my old 16.5" shock, but ended up with an aftermarket penske. Im looking to get $150 for the shock plus shipping... Or you could got with an aftermarket works or penske for $700-$1000
