the revs don't come don't below 4k or 5k rpm even while parked
If true, this needs to be resolved immediately or engine will self-destruct in short order.
FC's 13...14...15 all a result of your ECM seeing inconsistent resistance values it doesn't like. Check all your grounds which on 2003 Firebolt are: Front cluster head-stock/top triple clamp...left vertical support bar....dog-bone and braided wire under airbox base...right frame rail...left frame rail...ECM frame-rail...negative cable at negative terminal
There is NO such thing as "battery sensor". Your ECM is seeing wildly divergent voltage ranges it doesn't like. Check both cables and all 4 cable ends
Your unresponsive throttle inputs "bogging down" are fuel pump related. NEW fuel pump meaning????
If it is some online pump kit or unit converted from Chrysler mini-van to Buell XB application and has a Quantum pump motor...that's your problem. They are garbage.
