I know this is probably posted in the wrong place or even has been answered before.

I would like the opinion on the difference between the Hawk and the Drummer exhausts.

If I get either do I need to remap my ECM?

If anyone has one they would like to sell PM me.

I don't get on here all the time so it could be a couple weeks before I reply.

One post is fine.
If you change your stock exhaust to an aftermarket exhaust of any kind, you should get the ECM tuned.

Try Buelltooth.com for pretty much all the info you need about that simple mod. It is not for "Custom tuning" it is for using an existing tune already made to match you bike.

Have fun down the wormhole! ;)

Hi-jacking this thread for other exhaust questions.
Upgraded from an '06 Blast to an '04 XB12R last week. It's got the K&N filter and what I believe is the stock exhaust, but the "Interactive Exhaust" thing under the airbag is gone. The wiring harness pigtail for it is there.
My questions:
What did the interactive exhaust do?
Is it commonly removed?
Is it worth trying to find another one?

Show us a pic , and we will tell you if it is a stock can. Is the cable there? Is the valve on the exhaust?

Hawk exhaust *much less expensive - lunaticfringe is a fan and should be able to give you the rundown on how it performs...

Drummer (SS) is a premium exhaust, and my XB12R came with one installed. I love it...but since I haven't ridden a bike with the Hawk can, I can't comment on differences. The sound and torque curve of the Drummer are both exceptional. Plus Kevin (Drum) is an incredible person to meet/talk with/etc. even if you don't wind up buying his exhaust.
