This is my 2005 xb9sx although it doesn't really have any sx parts left on it. It has 15,000 miles on it and is in excellent condition. About 1000 miles ago I went through and completely tore it down and powder coated almost everything. it is low gloss black. the plastics have been painted a metallic silver color. they do have a few small scratches but still looks very good. the swingarm is the newer 06 and up style and has a cutout on the brake side to match the drive side. it has a piece of aluminum welded around to "box" it in. this doesn't decrease oil capacity because the oil is in the front of the swingarm. I didn't touch the reservoir. Before I had this powder coated, I didn't get the area where I welded as smooth as I should have and there are a couple chips. the rest of the powder coat is perfect.

some other extras
stainless steel magnaflow muffler with jardine elbow, This is the best sounding exhaust I have heard on a xb
header wrap, over stock header
Chinese gixxer levers
low bend aluminum bars
tail chop
led signals, intergrated rear
custom tuned ecm, I have the cable just need to find it
regular height s seat
k&n filter with open airbox
goodyear belt around 1000 miles on it
new battery a week ago
red reflective pin stripe around wheels

the tires will need to be replaced soon
the throttle cable return line got pinched so I removed it. works fine just has a little play when you let go of it.
one of the passenger peg mounts on the subframe is broke, you can still mount the pegs, I just use a longer bolt with a nut and washer and you can still tighten it.

I have many extra parts and a lot of the stock parts including stock swingarm.

I am asking $4000 obo. I would consider a trade for a ullysses or another adventure type bike. I am located in Woodville ny, about an hour north of Syracuse.

I don't get on here a lot so fastest way to get ahold of me is call or text 3157838754

I forgot to ad that around 12,000 miles I had the rear cylinder base gasket leak. I pulled the motor and replaced all the top end gaskets. cylinders and pistons looked excellent

feel free to make offers because I would like to get rid of this pretty quick
