2006 Buell XB12S with 800 miles for sale - Mint

2006 Buell XB12S for sale, 800ish miles. I've owned for 10 years and just don't ride it and selling to buy an ATV instead. Sits in my garage under covers, oil changed every year with high quality oil and Wix filters. Has High seat and low seat plus Buell rear seat bag. Buell full face helment too if interested. Would be a good show bike in a club or ride it. Really clean and low miles. Chicagoland area, $6000. Has new Michelin Road Pilots too. Bought bike new at a Harley Dealer. Nobody wanted it so it went from warehouse to warehouse for years until I found it and bought it.

Also, price is OBO. Not sure what it's worth, would not mind hearing opinions on that. Seems bikes with more mileage and not in the same condition at times are selling for $5000-$5500.

I dont think your price is unreasonable. If all is legit, that bike is worth the money.

Very nice bike, had an 04 in those same colors and loved it. Just for reference, below is a link to one I was watching a little bit ago. Also a 2006, had around 1500 miles and it sold for $4600, so don't take less than that!
