Ya i did end up blowing a fork seal but replaced both shortly after and ever since I gave up on being a squid on it. Not more wheelies or stoppies. Well a little front wheel lift here and there but I feel I got lucky by never crashing and wanted to keep it that way.

Thanks for the tips too.

Oh and don't just look at teh post's check the video's of the 100mhp wheelies :D No hard landings on those

!! you couldn't of wait til next Feb??? i gotta buy my wife a buell when i get home from deployment and all these great deals are going on now!! Oh well I'm sure I'll find something when the time comes.

uhoh Nuage, Just after posting that I get my first real craigslist hit lol. A guy in South Dakota says he's willing to drive down here for it but needs to talk to the bank still. So who knows. My offer still stands though [up]

HAHA I appreciate it man I'll keep my fingers crossed! but maybe only half way, I would hate for you to have to wait that long!

WOOHOO

He called and said his co-signer backed out.

Still for sale :D

Just changed oils and washed her up

Sell some of the parts off of it and you can probably still sell it for your asking price. PM me if you want to sell any parts.

Could you please help me out if you can? if a 2004 xb12 with 15k miles does not run well, (owner suspecting some kind of sensor problem) could that mean an expensive repair, or anything major?
thanks

Very hard to tell without more info. Could be as simple as a fouled plug, to leaking intake manifold gaskets, or even a tps reset.

But with "does not run well" just not enough info.

I would ask them to bring it in to be checked out before buying it if you or a friend can not diagnose it yourselves.

Oh and if you are interested in my bike, shipping is around 600 bucks give or take.

So the bike could be yours for 4800ish shipped. But I have never shipped a bike before so I'm not sure how it goes.

trill, i have someone that is interested in your bike. she sent you an email but says you didnt answer. she even lives in your town. what's up?

I never got an email. I did get an email from an andrea but when I replied it said cannot deliver because recipient was on a spam list.

Please tell her to call me. I sent PM with phone number.

Thanks

Also. How did she email me when I never posted an email?

she sent it to the craigslist ad you had. i will pass that on to her. let me know if you havent heard from her by the end of monday.

Hi! so i checked out the bike today,it has D&D exhaust, matching race ecm. i took it for a ride. the bike works fine during acceleration, pulls strong, but when i was cruising at a steady speed it was bumpy. it felt like it wants to stop then normal(in quick repetition) . my z1000 kawasaki did this at high rpm when it was running out of gas.
I ended up buying the bike for $3000. This is my first buell and i know I'll be very happy with it once i manage to solve this issue, so any help is useful and much appreciated.
good luck with your selling
