2007xb12r swing arm on 2009 xb9sx?

I need to replace the swingarm on my 2009 xb9sx and I found a good price on a swing arm off of a 2007 xb12r. I called the HD and they said they can give me any promises but a lot of the hardware and bearings are the same. Im thinking that it will fit no problem just want to be sure.

Color is different but they are Same swing arm [up] the 2007 xb9r has a silver color and the 2007 xb12r has a graphite grey. Where as you '09 has a metallic black. My dark colors could be off but someone can correct me if I am wrong.
