Go to turn key on no screen cant start????

All fuses are good.
How do you check the relays

easiest thing to do is swap a few around, If you can look up how which parts are the trigger and which are the power and check continuity then you can test them with a meter.

Have you tested the battery already?

Check the wires at the ignition switch. You may have a broken one or more than one. These are known for this issue.
