2008 1125r electrical issue..HELP ?!

on my 2008 1125R around 100 mph to 119mph i get what feels to be a engine cut out. Like the bike shuts off electrically momentarily then comes back on. This happens in a split second and only going over 100mph..Bike runs fine at 90mph and below.

What is the stator problem on the 08's ? does this sound like a stator issue ?

No the dash lights stay on.

The noid is a small metal cylinder at the rear right just under the airbox. It shuts the rear throttle body under certain circumstances and was only equipped to meet noise regulations. But I think it only tries to actuate in third gear WOT conditions.

If you have a race ecm its deactivated and can be removed, or you can remove the cable from the throttle body so it thinks its still working. Or there was a noid resistor that was sold by EBR that make the comp think it was still there.
