Link to the ad where you can find out all the info, thanks.

This bike is absolutely beautiful and very rare... Doesn't have a scratch on it, never seen rain, and stays garage kept. I am the second owner and bought it from a 55 year old guy from St. Pete. It had 1,600 miles when I bought it in May right after my deployment. When I bought the bike it was completely stock except the fender delete. I have since done very tasteful mods and have all stock parts. Custom Hawk Performance Exhaust, K&N Air Filter, anodized vibration reduction bar ends, removed stock mirrors, and stock sprocket guard. The bike is a Rotax V-twin with 148hp stock and shares a lot of parts with Ducati and Aprillia. The only reason I am selling is because my brother is selling me his Supercharged C6 Corvette and I have no room for both toys. Other than that I wouldn't be selling it ever I don't think. Bike needs absolutely nothing but a new rider.

Bike only has 2,861 original miles... and is in MINT condition.... Please serious inquiries only!!

I have clean title in hand and am not in a huge rush to sell it so I will not acknowledge low ball offers.

Price is 6,000 FIRM

(edited to paste in info)

Shares parts with Ducatis? I've owned 6 or 7 Ducs, still have one and thats the first time I've ever heard that. Rotax made motors for Aprilia in the past.

Wow, y'all are taking this a little too serious... I'm just trying to sell my bike and have never posted a negative thing in here, period. Let it go guys! I could understand if I was trying to sell trash and misrepresenting it but I promise you this bike is cherry without one flaw. If you aren't interested in purchasing I don't understand why you would waste your time posting about it.

Haha this is kind of ironic. I never realized how many Buells were really a part of this forum u til now. I actually sent you a text a bit ago (727 741-9...) when I spotted your bike on Craigslist. I popped on here to see what everyone has to say about the CR and it's got my attention for sure. I myself have an 07 XB12R with 2,832 miles on her. Let me know if youve sold the bike or not. I have a couple questions I'd like to ask. Btw... A supercharged vette? What a freak of a car. I see them at the St. Pete Dupont Cars and Coffee from time to time. very nice

Just to inform and discuss like a forum is meant to be. We watch out for our fellow Buell riders and potential Buell buyers. No harm meant but if you don't want feed back or comments list your **** on Craigslist or Cycle Trader.

i have an aprilia sitting next to my buell with a rotax in it and i have heard that some ducati engine parts will swap out with rotax parts

In 1998 Aprilia launched what is its current flagship model the RSV Mille, a 1000cc V-Twin Superbike, and the Falco, a 1000cc V-Twin sport tourer with emphasis on sport. Both bikes used a variation of a Rotax 1000cc engine.

The 1,125 cc Helicon engine developed for Buell is a lightweight, fast-revving, big-bore, short-stroke V-twin with a broad power curve peaking at 146 hp (109 kW) near the 10,500 rpm redline.

The twin-cylinder, V990, is light and compact, sporting magnesium cylinder head and clutch covers and comes in various horsepower configurations depending on vehicle specific and manufacturer specific demands.

The Type 122 & 123 engines were single cylinder 125 cc engines as used in Aprilia AF1 / RS125 models. These were high revving, high power units using an exhaust valve system called Rave to increase peak power while retaining low end torque.

Engine Type 1125 Helicon - Buell 1125R and 1125CR
Engine Type V990 - Can-Am Spyder, reverse trike 95 to 106 hp (71 to 79 kW), Aprilia (RSV 1000, Tuono) 139 hp (104 kW)
Engine Type 804 - BMW Motorrad, F800 series 85 hp (63 kW) and New F650GS 71 hp (53 kW).
Engine Type 654
Engine Type 122 - 22 kW (30 hp) (Successor to the 123 engine)
Engine Type 122 - 11 kW (15 hp) (same as the Type 122 22 kW engine, though restricted by removal of RAVE Power valve).
Engine Type 123 - 25 kW (34 hp)

Anrkizm95,

You my friend are a gentleman and a scholar! Thank you for your support and wishing me good luck with the sale!

if nothing else isnt the vr ducati....
good luck selling...sounded like xb12tqumast was interested...
take good care of that c6...i might want to buy it one day.

I agree! ;) I have had 3 different people interested, nobody has the cash (I'm willing to work with a bank if someone is approved), nobody will even check it out in person... the first person that does though will buy it I promise!

Forgot to mention it has high bar kit installed but I also have the Clubmans.

My next step is to put it on the resale lot on base...
