I have a White/Blue 1125 with 2100 miles. I corrected all the known issues that come with the 1125r. I put the updated wiring harness that cuts the one leg of the stator out at low rpm's to keep the stator from burning up. It has a ids race ECM idspd.com (same as EBR) programmed for the stator harness and for the HMF exhaust. this corrects the running lean issues that they are known for, engine temp is down, no stalling issues when coming to a stop and now low rpm riding without the jarring. I just installed a Oberon clutch slave cylinder 200 miles ago. I have the factory mirrors if you would like them. The oil was just changed and a K&N air filter was added.
