2009 Buell Firebolt XB12R - one owner, asking $6500 OBO

1200CC, 6800 miles, like new condition

I bought this bike brand new in August of 2008 from Silver Eagle Harley Davidson and Buell in Waterloo Iowa. I have kept very good care of it. The bike has always been stored indoors, and even inside my heated house during the winter. I have only been caught riding this bike in the rain 3 times. It is in like new condition, and looks amazing. It is in ideal mechanical condition, and has always been serviced at the Buell dealer. It's last visit to the dealer was for a 5000 mile service at Wieblers Harley Davidson and Buell in davenport. I have kept all of the service receipts. You will not find a Firebolt in better condition than this one.

The bike is all stock except for 3 modifications:

Drummer exhaust muffler
Buell traction hand grips
LSL foot pegs

Included with the bike is a tank bag, rear passenger foot pegs, factory tool kit, and owners manual.

Asking $6500 or best offer.

After talking to several Buell dealers in the Midwest, and hearing their sob stories about how Buell prices have dropped so much, I have lowered my price to $4800. Most retail motorcycle dealers in my area have informed me that they have sold buell bikes similar to mine in the $5000 dollar ball park.

So I feel this is a lot of bike for that price. $4800 or best offer.

My local Ducati dealership has a new Hypermotard coming in soon that I would like to purchase, but this bike has to sell first. All offers considered.
